Wedding Photography in Tennessee

Weddings are where I got my start, and they are still my favorite photography to do. With my own little family now, I limit the number of weddings I take on in a year, so make sure to inquire as soon as you know your date. My approach to weddings is a mix of traditional and journalistic. I do tend to look for moments that are outside of the normal wedding checklist, but I can't let go of those traditional portraits your mom is going to hang in the living room.

In between those checklist items, I'm looking for grandma wiping a tear away, the groom dancing with his new nieces and nephews, the bridesmaids trying to peek around the corner during your first look, etc. The things you might not see because it's an absolute whirlwind of a day - that's what I'm looking for.
